How to use

  3. Compare each city's date, time and UTC offset.

Worked example

Input
Set the UTC reference to 2026-01-01 00:00 and display Seoul and New York.
Result
Seoul shows 2026-01-01 09:00, while New York shows 2025-12-31 19:00.

Common questions

Should I enter the reference time in my local time zone?

No. The input is interpreted as UTC. Leave it empty to display the current instant.

Does it account for daylight saving time?

Yes, using the browser's time-zone data. A city's UTC offset may change with the season.
