Common questions

Will every team have the same number of people?

Yes when the total divides evenly by the team count. Otherwise, the difference between team sizes is at most one.

Does it balance skill or other attributes?

No. The tool shuffles names and balances headcounts only. It does not use skill levels or other attributes.
