Common questions

Which gallon and ounce definitions are used?

Gallons are US liquid gallons. Ounces are mass ounces, not fluid ounces. These differ from imperial gallons and volume ounces.

Can I enter a negative temperature?

Yes, but values below absolute zero are rejected. Results display up to six decimal places.
