A LITTLE GUIDANCE

Rotating Chore Schedule Maker guide

Build a chore schedule that shifts assignments by one person each day.

How to use

  1. Enter one participant and one task per line in their respective lists.
  2. Choose a start date and a period of up to 31 days.
  3. Review daily assignments and copy the schedule.

Worked example

Input
Use participants Alex and Jamie with tasks dishes and cleaning.
Result
On day one Alex does dishes and Jamie cleans; on day two their assignments swap.

Common questions

Are assignments randomized each time?

No. The first day follows input order, then assignments rotate daily. Identical inputs produce the same schedule.

What if there are more chores than people?

A person may receive multiple chores in one day. The tool does not balance task difficulty or time automatically.
